近日，我院博士生张明明（第一作者）及其导师程民权教授（通讯作者）、华中科技大学万凯教授（第二作者）、柏林工业大学Giuseppe Caire教授（第四作者），在计算机科学与信息论顶级期刊IEEE Transactions on Information Theory （CCF -A类期刊）发表题为“Coded Caching for Two-Dimensional Multi-Access Networks with Cyclic Wrap Around”的研究成果，并于中国电子学会第三十届信息论学术年会上宣讲，获最佳报告奖。
自2017年多接入编码缓问题提出以来，大多数学者仅侧重于一维边缘缓存场景的研究。该成果首次研究二维多接入网络的编码缓存问题，不仅从信息论角度推导了传输负载的理论下界，而且提出了三类解决方案。
IEEE Transactions on Information Theory创刊于1953年，被国际公认为理论计算机科学与信息论领域最具权威的期刊之一，是中国计算机学会（CCF）推荐的A类期刊。许多计算机与信息科学领域的标志性成果曾在该期刊发表，例如图灵奖得主Diffie与Hellman的划时代论文New directions in cryptography，高斯奖得主David Dohono提出的压缩感知，香农奖得主Erdal Arikan提出的Polar码等。
2023年度全国信息论学术会议暨中国电子学会第三十届信息论学术年会由中国电子学会信息论分会主办。大会共收到100余篇高质量论文投稿，录用32篇进行报告，选中5篇获最佳报告奖。大会邀请了包括张平院士、范平志教授等20余名资深专家和青年学者做主旨和特邀报告，吸引了来自全国100多家高校、研究机构、企业的近400位专家学者、技术人员、研究生参加，注册和参会人员均创历史新高。

张明明，广西师范大学计算机科学与工程学院博士生。已发表论文7篇，其中SCI期刊论文篇4篇，包括信息论领域顶级期刊《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》1篇，通信领域顶级期刊《IEEE Transactions on Communications》2篇；发表信息论领域旗舰会议IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT) 3篇。主持广西研究生教育创新计划项目1项，广西师范大学研究生优秀学位论文培育计划项目1项。
万凯，博士毕业于法国巴黎萨克雷大学，曾任德国柏林工业大学博士后研究员，目前任华中科技大学电子信息与通信学院教授。曾入选国家级青年人才计划（海外）、湖北省百人计划、华中科技大学东湖学者计划。主要从事信息论和编码技术的研究，以及其在通信、计算、感知、存储、安全隐私、机器学习等方向的应用。总共发表国际顶级学术期刊和学术会议论文六十余篇，其中信息论领域旗舰期刊IEEE Transactions on Information Theory 收录11 篇（3 篇曾入选该杂志月度前50 热门文章），信息论领域旗舰会议IEEE ISIT 收录21 篇。现任SCI杂志IEEE Communications Letters 副编辑。
程民权，广西师范大学计算机科学与工程学院教授，博士生导师，广西杰出青年基金获得者，广西自然科学基金重点项目获得者，首批广西高校引进海外高层次人才。目前已发表SCI学术论文46篇，其中信息论领域顶级期刊《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》10篇，通信领域顶级期刊《IEEE Transactions on Communications》14篇，《Designs Codes And Cryptography》6篇。发表信息论领域旗舰会议IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT) 10篇。共主持基金项目9项，其中国家自然科学基金2项，广西自然科学基金4项。
Giuseppe Caire, was born in Torino in 1965. He received the B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in 1990, the M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University in 1992, and the Ph.D. from Politecnico di Torino in 1994. He has been a post-doctoral research fellow with the European Space Agency (ESTEC, Noordwijk, The Netherlands) in 1994-1995, Assistant Professor in Telecommunications at the Politecnico di Torino, Associate Professor at the University of Parma, Italy, Professor with the Department of Mobile Communications at the Eurecom Institute, Sophia-Antipolis, France, a Professor of Electrical Engineering with the Viterbi School of Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and he is currently an Alexander von Humboldt Professor with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany.
He received the Jack Neubauer Best System Paper Award from the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society in 2003, the IEEE Communications Society and Information Theory Society Joint Paper Award in 2004 and in 2011, the Okawa Research Award in 2006, the Alexander von Humboldt Professorship in 2014, the Vodafone Innovation Prize in 2015, an ERC Advanced Grant in 2018, the Leonard G. Abraham Prize for best IEEE JSAC paper in 2019, the IEEE Communications Society Edwin Howard Armstrong Achievement Award in 2020, and he is a recipient of the 2021 Leibinz Prize of the German National Science Foundation (DFG). Giuseppe Caire is a Fellow of IEEE since 2005. He has served in the Board of Governors of the IEEE Information Theory Society from 2004 to 2007, and as officer from 2008 to 2013. He was President of the IEEE Information Theory Society in 2011. His main research interests are in the field of communications theory, information theory, channel and source coding with particular focus on wireless communications.
