报告简介：

   Characterization of entropy functions plays a key role in the theory of information, and it is now still an open problem. By imposing some symmetrical constraints on entropy functions, we find that that they can be characterized by Shannon-type information inequalities. Symmetrical entropy functions can be utilized to solve some information theory problems with symmetrical structures.

报告人简介：

   陈琦博士，2014年毕业于香港中文大学，获博士学位。之后留校从事博士后研究，期间曾访问美国Drexel大学。2018年加入西安电子科技大学综合业务网理论及关键技术国家重点实验室。目前主要研究信息不等式与熵函数的刻画及在网络编码、数据存储、秘密分享等领域的应用，和相关的数学工具，如群论、拟阵理论等代数、组合学理论。获中国电子学会信息论分会2018年年会最佳报告奖。
