报告摘要:

  The next big wireless movement is not about communication and networking, but sensing. Wireless sensing technology has turned Wi-Fi devices from a pure communication platform into ubiquitous, all-in-one sensors. In this talk, we start with a retrospective of our unique solutions based on signal processing techniques, which have been successfully commercialized and deployed on massive IoT devices. We then investigate a signal processing-deep learning co-design and present our recent attempts along three distinct aspects: physical data augmentation, RF data generation, and RF neural network design. We foresee that Wi-Fi Sensing will enter billions of devices and millions of homes, creating a smarter space for a better life. Today is just the beginning of this revolution.

报告人简介:

  吴陈沭，香港大学计算机系助理教授、副系主任，计算与数据科学学院助理院长。在清华大学获得本科和博士学位，曾在美国马里兰大学、普林斯顿大学等从事科研工作，曾任无线感知领军企业Origin Wireless首席科学家。主要研究领域为人工智能物联网，包括无线感知、移动计算、智慧健康等。在国际知名学术会议和期刊如SIGCOMM、NSDI、OSDI、MobiCom、MobiSys、UbiComp等发表论文100余篇，拥有美国或国际发明专利90余项，在Wi-Fi感知领域的研究已商用落地并在全球范围内大规模部署。连续入选科睿唯安全球前1%高被引学者、斯坦福大学“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单。曾获中国计算机学会优秀博士学位论文奖、国家优秀青年科学基金(港澳)、美国医学科学院“全球健康长寿挑战计划”催化创新奖(香港)等。任ACM IMWUT、ACM Transaction on Internet of Things期刊编委，曾担任IEEE ICPADS 2024程序委员会主席、EWSN 2025期刊论文主席、HotSense 2025论坛主席、RFCom 2024论坛主席等，以及MobiSys, SenSys, MobiHoc, ICDCS, INFOCOM等会议程序委员会委员。个人主页：https://cswu.me。
